Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises team in RM's absence
• Coaches and develops Restaurant Team Members; conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Ensures food safety, product quality, and adherence to health department regulations
• Directs shift duties, completes end of shift paperwork, and manages cash and inventory records
• Completes required administrative duties and communicates discrepancies to supervisor
