Circle K in Vass, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise the team in the absence of the RM, and help uphold Circle K brand standards while ensuring guests leave satisfied.

The RAM will coach staff, conduct interviews, manage shift schedules, ensure food safety and quality, control cash and inventory, and partner with the RM to drive a profitable, compliant, and welcoming restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment; assigns shift duties and follows up for completion
• Directs team and ensures all food items meet brand, company, and health regulations
• Coaches team on food preparation and production management
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end of shift and end of day paperwork
• In RM absence, RAM completes paperwork, inventory, cash counts, truck orders
• Guarantees a safe environment following laws and safety codes
• Completes incident reports per policy
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics
