The Dairy Queen restaurant seeks an Assistant Manager who delivers quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen, to enhance every guest visit while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliable performance, and day-to-day leadership duties, including scheduling, supervising staff, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
