The role includes assisting with management responsibilities and learning store operations to support a smooth guest experience.

The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work varied shifts, with training on brand guidelines and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management roles such as Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check are required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following brand and company standards.
• Assist with restaurant management responsibilities and ongoing store operations.
• Adapt to shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining service quality.
