Dairy Queen in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while upholding Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards and supporting restaurant management responsibilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and the ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. Training will cover store operations and staff supervision to enhance daily performance.

Formación

• 2+ years in restaurant management (Shift Manager, Assistant Manager or similar)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Pass background check and motor vehicle record check
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required)
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
