Dairy Queen is seeking a Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and food products while adhering to brand standards. You will learn and assist with management responsibilities under the guidance of the Assistant and General Managers.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, 1+ years supervising in food service or retail, and a background check. English proficiency may be essential for some stations.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; fluency in English may be essential.

• Provide quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
