Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability for at least 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Background check required.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work with others.
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Coach and develop team members to meet service standards.
• Create and manage shift schedules to meet guest demand.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness per brand guidelines.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
