Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.

• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—put your people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests with exceptional service.
• Maintain balance between strong guest experience and financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Coach team members with ongoing training and feedback.
• Prepare shift supervisors for next level.
• Ensure consistency in service, cleanliness and product quality.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Monitor cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Manage inventory and orders for product availability.
• Implement cost controls and adjust staffing as needed.
• Schedule and onboard new team members.
• Address employee needs and operational assessments.

Education
