Job summary

Burger King Elk Grove Village is seeking a capable restaurant supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach, train, schedule and monitor daily operations to maintain quality and service standards.

Responsibilities include developing team members, managing shifts, controlling costs, and ensuring HACCP compliance. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
