Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders by putting the team and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences and maintain service standards.
• Administer daily operations to meet financial goals and quality.
• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles, provide coaching, and monitor training progress.
• Develop shift supervisor capability and prepare for next level.
• Monitor guest service speed and ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders as needed.
• Implement cost controls and adjust staffing accordingly.
