Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, a premier Arby’s franchise operator, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Cabot, AR. You will work with the General Manager to run daily operations, coach staff, and uphold food safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and controlling labor costs.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets and resolve guest inquiries.
