Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. operates Burger King restaurants in Omaha and surrounding areas. We are seeking a motivated restaurant supervisor/leader to guide daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team at our Omaha location.

You will be responsible for training, scheduling, quality control, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting. Join a growing franchise that values service, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC goals are met.
• Performs cash handling and HACCP log accuracy checks.
• Reviews inventory and drives cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
