• Coaches brand service behaviors with feedback and recognition.
• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and product quality.
• Collaborates with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
