Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. in Council Bluffs is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor to help lead a Burger King team. You will train new hires, manage daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting the Restaurant General Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coach staff, monitor service speed, and uphold quality and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders; evaluates cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and manages scheduling; oversees on-boarding of new hires.
