Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Florida to guide the team toward an outstanding guest experience and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will set the tone when in charge and support daily operations with a focus on service excellence.

In this role you will hire, train, coach, and lead the team, manage cash and inventory controls, and drive outcomes in service, operations, and financial results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
