Job summary

Burger King in Houston is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service and quality. You will train new hires, coach team members, and coordinate scheduling to meet dining room and drive-thru demands.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders and controls costs.
• Monitors people charts and planning and adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new teammates.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
