Job summary

Burger King in Grand Island, NE is seeking a motivated supervisor to help run daily operations and lead a fast-paced team. You will guide staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will train new employees, manage shifts, monitor performance, and work with leadership to optimize scheduling and costs. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and delivering a welcoming guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize orders and costs.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement action plans for employee needs and assessments.
