Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and prioritize people and restaurant goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences so customers want to return.
• Balance employee and guest experience with financial targets.
• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
• Prepare shift supervisors for advancement and build capability.
• Acknowledge team achievements and celebrate success.
• Coach brand service behaviors and monitor service quality.
• Ensure clean, welcoming restaurant environment and consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to maintain QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize product orders and control costs.
• Monitor staffing and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create schedules and manage onboarding for new hires.
• Implement plans to address staff needs and operational assessments.
