Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administration—balance high quality guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training.
• Leads inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensures ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Builds shift supervisor capability and prepares for next level.
• Coaches brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintains welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensures product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partners with RM and team to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Manages daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates cost controls and adjusts as needed.
• Monitors staffing and production planning; adjusts accordingly.
• Creates schedules and on-boards new hires.
• Implements action plans for employee needs and Operations Assessments.
