Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and addresses customer issues.
• Operates cash register/POS and suggests items to boost sales.
• Verifies orders for accuracy before preparation.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Maintains cleanliness in kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior.
• Stocks inventory as needed and maintains safety standards.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep) and attends shifts reliably.
• Adapts to fast-paced environment and communicates professionally.
