Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to maintain QSC standards.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory for cost control.
• Monitors labor planning and onboarding processes.
• Implements actions addresses employee needs and operational assessments.
