Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Marco's Pizza in West Bend, WI. You will lead and develop team members to deliver exceptional product quality and customer service while supporting store goals and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in hiring, scheduling, performance feedback, and team communication.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory par levels and ordering system; control costs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address complaints.
• Support marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Oversee weekly KPIs and profitability; manage store P&L and security procedures.
