Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks an Assistant Manager for a Marco’s Pizza location in Carrollton, TX. You will lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional product quality and customer service while driving sales and controlling costs.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations to ensure a world-class restaurant experience. The role emphasizes people leadership, operations excellence, and the ability to manage KPI targets and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Manage weekly KPIs and drive profitability; assist with marketing events and promotions.
• Ensure inventory par levels and ordering processes are maintained.
• Maintain store and exterior appearance; oversee security and deposits handling.
