Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Marco's Pizza. You will lead and develop a team, ensure product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation, and assist with scheduling, training, and policy updates to support world-class operations.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, handling customer service, contributing to marketing events, and monitoring KPIs to drive sales while controlling costs. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team to execute outstanding product quality and service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist with scheduling, performance feedback and communication.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering system.
• Support in marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and help achieve goals.
• Ensure security procedures for deposits and safe contents.
• Oversee P&L to reduce waste and profitability.
