Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure standards for quality, speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with scheduling and performance feedback.
• Manage store marketing events and promotions.
• Be accountable for weekly KPIs and profitability.
