Hoogland Restaurant Group operates Marco’s Pizza locations and seeks an Assistant Manager who can lead teams to deliver quality food and exceptional service.

You will drive store performance, supervise staff, support scheduling, and coordinate promotions while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Applicants should have restaurant/management experience and be prepared to lead up to 20 teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist manager with human resources tasks including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Manage inventory par levels and ordering system; ensure security and deposits handling.
