Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the team, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, and drive store sales. You will help hire, train, and schedule staff while monitoring KPIs and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

You will assist with HR tasks, budgeting, promotions, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop staff to ensure high quality product and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist manager with HR aspects including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest complaints.
• Maintain appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system.
• Manage P&L line items to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Support marketing events and promotions to grow store traffic.
• Keep store and exterior clean and well-maintained.
• Ensure proper security procedures when handling deposits.
