Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Administration—balance high-quality guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training.
• Leads inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensures ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Builds shift supervisor capability for future roles.
• Coaches brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback.
• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Maintains product quality and operations standards.
• Partners with the GM to plan improvements in guest metrics.
• Reviews daily numbers and cash handling.
• Reviews inventory to optimize orders.
• Implements cost controls and staffing adjustments.
• Onboards new team members and addresses operational needs.
