Job summary

Burger King in Houston, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and uphold fast, friendly guest service. You will train staff, manage schedules, monitor quality, and help drive financial results while maintaining brand standards in a busy restaurant.

You will also coach team members, oversee onboarding, and implement action plans to improve guest metrics, ensuring a welcoming, clean and compliant dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Review inventory and ordering needs.
• Evaluate cost controls and production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboarding for new hires.
