Circle K is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for a Hardee's location. This role involves supporting daily restaurant operations, coaching team members, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be committed to maintaining quality standards while providing excellent customer service. Formación

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
• Supervises the team in the manager's absence.
• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment.
• Directs team and ensures food items meet operational standards.
• Completes administrative duties in absence of the RM.
