TACO BELL in Linden, New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team. You will oversee shifts, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to achieving financial targets.

Your leadership will guide Team Members and Shift Leads, with a focus on service quality and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/assistant management role in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management with multitasking ability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew and shift leads.
• Communicate operational updates and performance metrics to team.
