Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced Oklahoma restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure flawless guest service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in food/hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a busy environment while upholding food safety and quality standards. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.
