This hands-on, hourly, non-exempt role includes coaching crew, assisting with hiring and onboarding, upholding food quality and safety standards, and managing opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient service and food preparation.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and onboarding support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver and model excellent guest service; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of team members.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
