Pilot Flying J in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run our high-volume quick service restaurants within a travel center.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, and safety standards. The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of food service management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in coaching and developing Team Members.
• Direct and assign work to Team Members.
• Creating a positive work environment and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee food preparation and maintain quality and safety standards.
