Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run high-volume, quick service restaurants at travel centers. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and lead team members to deliver fast, friendly service and consistent food quality.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, directing daily tasks, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, and maintaining a positive guest experience in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent team leadership and customer service skills.
• Integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year food service management experience; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Restaurant General Manager.
• Assist GM in coaching, training and developing Team Members.
• Direct and assign work to Team Members.
• Create a positive work environment for the team.
• Expedite food service and assist with food preparation.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and safety.
