Job summary

TACO BELL in Omaha, NE is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, shift leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will supervise team members, ensure food safety, manage schedules, and help drive profitability.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with health regulations and cash handling is preferred, along with ServSafe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• ServSafe certification is advantageous.
• Experience in supervisory or assistant management in food service.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily ops, cash handling, and shift management.
• Team Management and Development: supervise and coach crew and shift leads.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure exceptional service and hospitality standards.
• Financial Management: monitor sales, expenses, and cost controls.
• Inventory and Supply Chain: manage inventory and ordering to prevent shortages.
• Compliance and Safety: enforce health and safety regulations and audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: update management and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
