Job summary

HAZA BELL operates a Taco Bell franchise and is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day operations at a busy Hillsborough location. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to uphold standards, drive profitability, and ensure safe, quality food and service.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, managing staff, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate proven supervisory or assistant management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers; schedule staffing and provide coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve guest inquiries and complaints, and uphold brand hospitality standards.
