MAS Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and staff development. You will recruit, train, schedule, coach, and discipline employees while ensuring a fast, friendly, high-energy environment for guests.

You’ll lead by example, provide daily coaching and feedback, manage budgets, and support training programs. A strong team culture and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field.
• Preferred: ServSafe Certification— Assistance and education is provided if not certified
