Circle K Myrtle Beach location seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to aid the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and to supervise the team in their absence. You will lead and coach Team Members, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met.

You will partner with the management team to maintain operational excellence, drive cash and inventory accuracy, and complete required paperwork. This role requires flexibility and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Full time availability required; able to work all hours of operation including pre-opening and post-closing.
• Excellent communication with team and guests; coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; coordinate with management to uphold standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards; train new product procedures.
• Oversee shift duties, cash handling, and inventory control; complete shift paperwork.
• Communicate incidents and performance issues to supervisor; support financial targets.
