Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant or retail experience required.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality food and friendly service.
• Lead and develop a strong, accountable team aligned with Border Foods core values.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to meet service standards.
• Ensure health, safety, and cash handling procedures are followed.
