HAZA BELL operates a Taco Bell franchise in Mauston, Wisconsin seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager. You will assist the general manager in daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

You will supervise crew and shift leads, manage scheduling, and help control cash, inventory, and safety compliance. This role emphasizes leadership and teamwork to drive performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers; provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality, customer service, and service quality; address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support financial management through monitoring sales, costs, and labor; assist with preparing reports.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, storage, rotation, and product quality to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.
