Job summary

Fazoli’s Evansville is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise shifts and help run daily operations under the direction of the General Manager. You will contribute to people development, sales growth, and profit through established policies and procedures.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (internal candidates may be considered with 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer) and completion of Fazoli’s required training, including SERV Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience and Training: External Candidates: Minimum 1-year previous Assistant Manager experience required. Internal Candidates: 6 months of experience as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer on the recommendation of your current General Manager. Development readiness checklist completed.
• All Candidates: Must complete all required Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe.
• Must be available a minimum of 30 hours per week, unless you are enrolled in school. A leave of absence request will be required.
• Must submit to a routine and periodic background, motor vehicle report, and reference checking processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts by established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participates in discussions and decisions affecting assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant and supports the General Manager’s goals.
• Assists the General Manager with planning and implementing strategies and tasks to improve operations and guest experience.
• Maintains, enforces, and promotes safe, secure work environment for Guests, Team Members and Investors alike.
