Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly atmosphere and ensure satisfaction.
• Manages cash handling procedures and adheres to policy.
• Oversees alcohol service according to state and federal laws.
• Performs inventory, ordering, and delivery audits as needed.
• Ensures adherence to budgets and drives cost management and sales growth.
• Maintains safety, dress code and brand standards throughout shifts.
