Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will work with the General Manager to run daily operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage costs, and uphold food safety standards to drive sales and quality. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, customer service focus, and restaurant management experience, with the ability to communicate in English and work a flexible full-time

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certification required.
Experience in restaurant management preferred; ability to travel occasionally for meetings and training.
Read, write and communicate in English; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding FOH/BOH team members.
Supervise training and development of team members and shift leaders.
Manage daily restaurant operations to meet goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation standards per health regulations.
Monitor labor and food costs; prepare schedules and manage inventory.
Direct opening, closing, and mid-shift operations and ensure equipment is maintained.
