Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in food service management.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and onboarding FOH & BOH team members.
• Supervise training and development of staff.
• Uphold food safety and SOPs for quality delivery.
• Train and educate team on procedures, promotions, or equipment changes.
• Manage daily restaurant operations and schedules.
• Control labor and food costs to meet goals.
• Develop team members and drive sales growth.
• Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and equipment maintenance.
