Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and uphold brand standards. You will train, coach and recognize your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences and take charge in the RGM's absence.

The role offers a 50-hour work week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and labor management.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Model KFC Connect routines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members with a focus on equity and inclusion.
• Monitor food safety standards and shift responsibilities.
• Oversee inventory, cash control and safety procedures.
