Ayvaz Pizza in Brownsville, TX is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, fast service with great food in a clean, welcoming setting.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team, lead a self-motivated crew, manage schedules, train staff, and uphold standards. Flexible shifts and weekend/holiday coverage are required; prior assistant manager experience in high-volume food service is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making with strong customer focus.
