Job summary

Dairy Queen Brookings is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a restaurant supervisory role, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
