Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager or similar).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe certification as applicable.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following brand standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
• Support shift supervisors and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
