Dairy Queen Lincoln, NE is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products in line with Dairy Queen and Fourteen Foods standards, while supporting and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years in a restaurant management position, a high school diploma or GED, 18+, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, background/MVR checks, and ServSafe/food handler certification where required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
